Just to prove we can be versatile Angelic group are now in print.....and I don't mean photographic print. We were recently asked if we could take and participate in some modelling for a new book that was to be launched soon and we happily stepped into the breach.

Well today was the book launch and The Budding family (yes all of us) now feature in some of the photography included in Sue Ricks' "Reflexology for Babies and Children" which is a lovely, well presented book. It even includes a photograph (courtesy of moi) of a rather jolly looking Richard with a rather longer haired Jack.

If you are looking for help with your children and think refkexology may help then I recommend this book (and not just because we're in it )

Well after a frenetic weekend the baby show has been and gone and I am fairly happy with the turnout and the results......so much so that I am planning another one for the Spring already.

The day has been a great one today with news that my best friend in the East Midlands has just had a baby girl. I can't wait to meet the not quite so little angel who put in an appearance at 11lb 2 - nearly the same weight as my two dinkys....combined!!! Congratulations to you both. I love you!

It's also been a busy one with me taking a stroll through Bradgate park and rueing the fact I hadn't taken a camera with me......not because of the guy with his 1DS mark II or because of the guy in full camouflage (including the lens)........but because the deer were just sitting there (apparently waiting for the acorns to drop so they could eat them) posing! They look so regal with their antlers that I may just be "forced" to go over one evening to practise my wildlife work.

Finally I am going to be able to start planning our post natal groups 3rd birthday celebrations....especially now we have a new member Stonehurst Farm in Mountsorrel is not going to know what has hit it (again!!!)

Life has been slightly manic recently with a short trip away to France with the children and mum- and sister-in-law and then the mad preparation for the Baby and Toddler Event I have been planning for sometime.

I got back from France only to realise we had a week left!!! Where have the last 6 months gone!?!

Angelic Group will also be there doing some on the spot studio photographs if you would like some of the family so you can also come down and meet the man himself.

I've got some pictures from when we went to France to go online as well at some point but I think I need to get this weekend out of the way first!

Well we have now started the first of 7 weeks holidays for the children - which doesn't exactly coincide with holiday period for Richard and I as we are really getting into the swing of things now.

However, with children being off, it does present us with many opportunities for location shoots and I am looking forward to going to a variety of farms, bird shelters, zoos and events and getting lots and lots of photos to upload.

Bournemouth was lovely, the beaches were gorgeous - totally deserving of their blue flag status - and we managed to visit Monkey World and the Owl and Otter Centre so loads of those pictures coming soon.

If anyone is interested in "loco" shoots with your children this summer just give me a shout and we will gladly use the excuse to visit new places.
